Exploratory Essay

Writing the exploratory essay was pretty different for me because the purpose of this essay was to explore and analyze a theme or ideas within the stories that we have read in class through researching different critical essays and not to argue our opinion, which was something that I was always used to writing. One of the obstacles that I encountered during this process was researching those academic/critical journals and articles that I could use in my work. But with the help of library sessions and tutorials, I overcame this and problem and was able to familiarize myself with the school library and how to utilize the database which gave me numerous articles to explore.
