Researched Critical Analysis (with the Annotated Bibliography)

My experience with writing the researched critical analysis was very overwhelming and challenging as well. With this assignment, we were able to choose one of the stories that were discussed in class and take a side on whatever theme or issue that we decide to tackle. Compared to the exploratory essay, this paper gave us the chance to state our own opinion on the stories. Alongside this task, my literature professor also asked us to write an annotated bibliography. This tremendously helped in making the process of writing the RCA easier. With this being one of the last major writing assignments that we had to do, I noticed that I found it easier to navigate the library’s databases compared to when the course was just starting. I also got better at evaluating the credibility and accuracy of these sources while also examining them for any bias.
